Anti-bacterial
The goal of creating an all-around amazing shower is all about balancing style and substance. Britton’s Hoxton range of heads and valves takes on the task of creating eye-catching brassware and accessories but it’s Zamori trays that do the heavy lifting in terms of providing, quite literally, the foundation for a high-quality shower. Part of this is in the way Zamori trays cut down on maintenance thanks to their anti-bacterial properties.
Impregnated with a zeomic agent, each Zamori tray benefits from this silver-based anti-bacterial additive’s ability to protect against harmful bacteria and inhibit mould growth. This translates to an easier cleaning shower and one that doesn’t require the same level of management as similarly-styled shower trays on the market.
Anti-slip
Arguably even more important than the low-maintenance of Zamori trays is their safety and compliance with industry standards. As the only manufacturer to thermo bond Swiss Grip Anti-slip onto their trays, Britton can ensure better performance and a cleaner, longer-lasting surface on their Zamori trays. Also complying with the highest anti-slip rating – DIN51097 class C – Zamori trays are especially safe for the whole family and can help prevents falls in people of all ages.
Flexible Installation
Not all showers are built the same and that’s specifically why Zamori trays are available in a wide range of sizes and heights. Whether you’re retrofitting an existing bathroom or developing a new one, Zamori trays are more than capable of catering to your design and practical needs.
The low height of a 35mm tray, for example, allows it to be installed flush with the floor while also maintaining retention to prevent water from escaping. It also lends itself to easier accessibility as there’s no need to step over or up to a higher level. When not sunken into the floor, the same 35mm height can still create a modern and minimalist appearance while simultaneously being the most cost-effective and affordable installation method.
When retrofitting a new tray onto an existing shower space, Zamori also offers optional adjustable legs and removable magnetic panel sets that help raise it off the ground to a height of 100mm. As an alternative to simply fitting the tray on or into the ground, this method allows for easier access to plumbing.

Vortex Turbo Waste
Zamori trays wouldn’t be complete without the engineering efficiency behind the Vortex Turbo waste. Designed to fit all Zamori trays, this high-flow waste ensures that the water flows out at a rate of 30 litres per minute, suitable for high-volume showering applications. With a 90mm diameter that incorporates a removable filter, it’s easy to clean and capable of catching hair or other objects to prevent the risk of blockages.
When included in the tray itself, you’ll find the waste is located in different areas depending on the model, sometimes in the corner and sometimes off-centre. Together, however, Zamora trays and wastes create an attractive, but most importantly safe, showering experience from Britton.
