With a towering height of 284mm. The Atlas extended height monobloc basin mixer tap from brassware experts Roca is built for use with tall countertop basins. This is because the additional height allows the tap to be fitted to the decks and still reach over a basin's high edges.
Under the elongated flat-panel control lever is a SofTurn cartridge. It uses ceramic discs with low friction to reduce turning force and prevent water from leaking out that could cause spout drips.
To complement the smooth turning valve. Roca employs their Cold Start feature. Which changes the valves range of motion to 110° to the left of centre. This means only cold water is used in the central position. Anything to the left will begin to use hot water. Limiting the waste of all water.
And to keep the whole package looking fresh for years to come. A coating of Evershine. Roca's own electrolytic chrome plating that is thicker, shinier and easier to clean than regular chrome.
**Please Note: The Cold Start system uses handles that only turn 110° to the left. Meaning taps may not be suitable for basins with right-hand tap holes**
