At the heart of the tap's use is an infrared sensor system. Which when it detects motion will begin waterfowl. And once motion has stopped, it will cut out after a few seconds. This has the benefits of reducing contact with hard surfaces for improved hygiene, reducing wasted water and also preventing vandalism.
There are no temperature controls on the unit itself. Which is why an optional thermostatic valve is available. This allows you to separately mix water to the right temperature and pressure. So, every time it is turned on safe and consistent water is sent to the user.
The tap body is electroplated in Evershine. A chrome finish with extra thickness for a strong coating with an even stronger shine.
